UniFi Talk is Ubiquiti's business phone system (VoIP). It includes modern desk phones, a mobile app, and cloud-hosted calling—all managed through the UniFi interface. Unlike traditional phone systems, there are no per-line monthly fees beyond your calling plan.
UniFi Talk phones (UniFi Touch) cost around $150-200 each. You pay for a calling plan through Ubiquiti based on usage (metered) or unlimited calling packages. There are no per-seat or per-line fees like traditional business phone systems. Total cost of ownership is significantly lower than competitors.
