Plain-language terms for The Business Owner's IT Handbook. Last updated October 28, 2026.

What you get

Two PDF editions with the same content (Desk for print and large screens, Reader for phones and tablets) and a template pack of blank forms. Your download links come by email right after payment and stay yours. When we publish a revision of the 2027 edition, the same links give you the new files at no charge. A later edition, such as a 2028 edition, is a new product and may be sold separately.

How you may use it

One purchase covers one business. You may print the book and the template pack for people in your business, and fill in the forms for your own organisation. Please don’t share the download links or the files outside your business, and don’t resell or republish them. If you are an IT provider and want to use the handbook with clients, write to us first.

Refunds

If the handbook isn’t useful to you, write to info@ifeeltech.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Once a purchase is refunded, its download links stop working.

Payment and tax

Prices are in US dollars and payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

What the handbook is, and isn’t

The handbook is practical guidance, not legal, tax or insurance advice, and not a guarantee against every incident. Some recommended tools are linked with our partner links; we say so wherever it happens, and the affiliate disclosure explains how it works.
